Energy, Herbs, and Diet for Healthy Joints

  • Birmingham Yoga 605 37th St S Birmingham, AL, 35222 United States (map)

Joints are the places where two or more bones are joined together.  They can be rigid, like the joints between the bones in your skull, or movable, like knees, hips, and shoulders. Regardless healthy joints matter because our joints keep the human body together, flexible and moving.  When the body becomes depleted physically, energetically and emotionally, the joints suffer.

Energetically we store old energy in the joints.  The shoulders hold our responsibilities in life, the knees keep us flexible on our path, while the hips hold our the energy of our relationships with people, passion and money.

If you or someone in your family suffers with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis or juvenile arthritis then you know the constant pain that is associated with joint disease.  It can become chronic if not caught in time.

Join us for this workshop! Our focus will be on how to maintain healthy joints.  We will look in the areas where we hold old energy and stress and what we can do to keep them healthy.  And we will approach it physically through yoga and herbs to soothe the issues.

Together let’s explore how joint health contributes to your overall health.

We will offer yoga, meditation, energy, herbal medicine and diet information.
