Join Clinical Herbalist Cameron Strouss for a monthly herbal walk detailing the medicines of the season at Moss Rock Nature Preserve on Saturday from 10-11:30 am.
Cameron has 14 years of knowledge and expertise as a professional herbalist doing clinical work, foraging, making medicines, and teaching others how to utilize nature's medicine chest.
With an approach that is equal parts research based, folk tradition, and clinical expertise Cameron is an approachable and incredibly knowledgable teacher with a flair for fun.

My goal is to help you learn how to make ANY extract in the most effective way. We cover an amazing amount of material on teas, tinctures, glycerites, honey and vinegar extracts, salves, oils, hydrosols.
Learn about the medicinal properties of plants on a kid-friendly plant walk with Cameron! She will show you how to identify plants used for various herbal remedies, in this fun 2 hour class offered for local homeschoolers at Veterans Park in Hoover.
